The AAS Pivot Window system transforms conventional fenestration into an interactive kinetic architectural element. Available in both horizontal center-pivot and vertical off-center pivot configurations, the sash rotates around heavy-duty precision pivot hinges with adjustable friction brakes. Opening the window immediately creates a dual airflow cycle: warm stale air exits through the top opening while cool fresh air is drawn in through the bottom, achieving rapid room air turnover. The sash can also rotate a full 180 degrees and lock in place for effortless exterior glass cleaning from the interior.
